Saturday Bootcamp

Antwerp BootcampWe meet every Saturday at 11:30 for 90 minutes of outdoor training.

Leave the stuffy gym behind and get back in touch with nature as we train in the bar park in Wilrijk next to the Vogelzanglaan.

The group dynamic helps you push yourself that little bit further, burning heaps of calories as you train and raising your metabolism for the following 24 to 48 hours.
